Olive and Olive Oil Kalamata Festival

Conference on trends of olive processing and modern marketing, with speakers from the Mediterranean oil producing countries, exhibition of products, equipment and services, gastronomy events and quality competition. A festival held first time in Kalamata, Messinia, the heart of Greek olive oil production today. Its aim is the information exchange and the meeting of all those involved in the olive sector and not only. The public is welcomed to taste both the exquisite local PDO Kalamata olive oil and the famous Kalamata olive, but also taste the Mediterranean dishes based on olives and olive oil that were created in collaboration with renowned chefs.
